From managing brand campaigns and sponsorship activations to supporting large-scale events and content projects, our Account Management team sits at the centre of execution, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results. We're looking for organised, proactive and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with different teams and building strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of client accounts, campaigns and projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.Act as the link between clients and internal teams including creative, content, partnerships and operations.Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting notes and reports.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.Support sponsorship activations, brand campaigns and event-related projects where required.Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.Ensure excellent client experience across all touchpoints.Who We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented.Enjoys working with both clients and internal teams.Prior agency, client servicing or project management experience is a bonus, but not required.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.What You'll GainExposure to clients across diverse industries and sectors.Opportunities to work on campaigns, content, events and partnerships.Direct mentorship from experienced business and client leaders.A dynamic environment with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.
