You will play a key role in content creation, customer engagement, and driving sales through both digital and in-store channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementPlan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Create engaging short-form content including photos and videos showcasing retail products.Stay updated on trends to keep content relevant and engaging in the local market.WhatsApp Community & EngagementManage and grow WhatsApp broadcast groups and customer communities.Respond promptly to customer enquiries with product recommendations and stock updates.Promote exclusive drops, flash deals, and promotions to drive sales.Retail & Customer SupportSupport retail operations during peak periods and special events.Gather customer feedback to improve products and content strategy.Ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.RequirementsProficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.Comfortable engaging with customers both online and face-to-face.
