You have a strong appetite for understanding your client’s business landscape, a keen grasp of what the agency has to offer, and the ambition to bridge those two seamlessly. In this role, you will be managing, representing, and guiding the Agency’s solutions, coordinating and motivating all stakeholders—both internal (other departments within the agency) and external (clients, vendors, and partners). Responsibilities:
Engage and communicate with clients to understand their business challenges, ambitions, project requirements, and any limitations Assemble and manage a team to best respond to client requests and address their business needs Brief, communicate, and negotiate objectives, tasks, deliverables, and deadlines with both external and internal stakeholders Guide teams to develop proposals, including marketing and communication strategies, creative concepts, budgets, and timelines Lead and manage internal and external meetings and presentations Think strategically and act as a gatekeeper to ensure the work aligns with the client’s business objectives Ensure the timely delivery of projects end-to-end, on budget, and meeting the quality excellence expected by both the Agency and the client Establish and manage processes, roles, responsibilities, and tools between the Agency and clients to ensure effective and efficient workflows Manage commercial activities, such as developing accurate quotes, documenting commercial communications (including sign-offs and closures), ensuring timely invoicing and payments, updating finance trackers/tools, and assisting in profitability analysis Lead and facilitate after-action reviews and analysis to drive continuous learning and improvement Facilitate and manage bookings of team member’s time across various departments and offices per project staffing requirements (If applicable) Manage and grow internal teams, including Senior Account Executives, Account Executives, and Interns
About You
At least 4 years of experience, with a focus on project delivery and client management Strong understanding of digital, social media, and advertising jargon and technology, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and how they can address modern challenges Keen interest and understanding of brand strategy, communications and consumer behaviour and how these influence the Agency’s output Keen interest in results and campaign performance, and a hunger to find ways to optimize and improve A solutions-driven mindset and an open, innovative approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment Excellent time and resource management skills—highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive in identifying opportunities, taking initiative, and seeing them through Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels and across various disciplines Exceptional relationship management capabilities, especially within complex client organizations and structures Excellent communication, presentation, and mediation skills Strong problem-solving orientation Confident in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Google Suite and presentation tools, with a willingness to learn new software/tools for day-to-day tasks
