Process & Performance Manager (Logistics)

Job ObjectivesDrive and improve performance within Logistics & Repair Organization.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess & Performance Manager for the Warehouses in Singapore, Dubai & ChinaDrive performance management within Global E2E process governance (Example: Order 2 Invoice or Inbound Logistics) in alignment with Global Operations & Performance CommunityWeekly and monthly performance & business reviews at Regional and Global levelData analysis enabling data driven decision making Owning, developing and maintaining various KPI Dashboards in Palantir FoundryLead improvement initiatives and root cause analysis with Warehouse teams and other stakeholdersDeploy LEAN / Airbus Operating System (AOS) initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, Practical Problem Solving etc and foster a continuous improvement mindsetContribute towards AOS Maturity Assessments.Secondary ResponsibilitiesOperational KPI’s (ie: Inbound Logistics OTD, ExStock OTD)AOS Assessment MaturityJob RequirementsUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years working experience in a supply chain and logistics environment.Knowledge in LEAN specifically: Quality, LEAN Fundamentals and Performance Management.Knowledge on AOS and Six Sigma would be advantageous.Knowledge and experience in data analytics, data visualization, automation and problem solving skillsExperience in Business Intelligence applications/toolsExperience in Python or similar, including data manipulation, object type creation / Dashboarding in Palantir or similar would be advantageousExperience in Project ManagementCan do attitude and proactivenessA proactive networker, bringing the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships while confidently challenging and influencing others to drive change.Ability to work in an international environmentTeam Player - contribute towards a positive and inspiring working environmentMultifunctional and Intercultural understanding
