As the business continues to strengthen its regional presence, a newly created leadership position has been established to drive commercial growth, expand regional partnerships, and build a scalable ASEAN platform.This is an opportunity for a commercially minded leader who has spent their career developing markets, managing distributor networks, and delivering growth across Southeast Asia.The successful candidate will not simply manage an existing operation—they will help shape the future direction of the ASEAN business.The OpportunityReporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s ASEAN growth strategy while strengthening the Singapore headquarters’ regional management capabilities.You will oversee commercial performance across multiple ASEAN markets, manage key distributor relationships, and take ownership of regional revenue and profitability objectives.As the business expands, you will also play a critical role in building the organisation itself—helping to design team structures, hire talent, and establish the operational framework required to support long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the ASEAN business strategy across key markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and other regional territoriesLead distributor management initiatives, including performance management, relationship development, and market expansion activitiesAssume ownership of regional P&L performance, driving both revenue growth and profitabilityIdentify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiativesWork closely with headquarters and senior stakeholders to align regional execution with broader corporate objectivesBuild and develop the ASEAN organisation, including team design, recruitment, and leadership developmentEstablish scalable operating processes and governance frameworks to support future growthRequirementsEssential RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or distributor management within ASEAN marketsDemonstrated experience managing regional P&L responsibilityProven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple Southeast Asian marketsBusiness-level proficiency in Japanese and English is required, as the role involves regular communication with Japan headquarters, preparation and review of business documentation, and engagement with stakeholders across ASEAN marketsAbility to work in Singapore and undertake regional travel as requiredPreferred ExperienceExperience within beauty, cosmetics, healthcare, or consumer-related industriesExperience working in cross-border environments involving stakeholders across AsiaExposure to IPO preparation, corporate transformation, or business scaling initiativesWhy Consider This Opportunity?Newly created leadership position with significant influence on regional strategyOpportunity to shape and build an ASEAN platform rather than inherit a mature structureDirect exposure to senior management and headquarters leadershipHigh degree of autonomy and decision-making responsibilityClear ownership of commercial outcomes and regional growth initiatives
