Malaysia Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Managerto own and grow our Malaysia e-commerce business end-to-end. You'll manage our storefronts across Shopee MY, Lazada MY, and TikTok Shop MY, drive sales performance, and lead our social commerce efforts in the Malaysian market. This role reports directly to the business owner.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform ManagementOwn day-to-day operations across Shopee MY, Lazada MY, TikTok Shop MY, and the House of Perfume websiteManage product listings, pricing, inventory syncing, and promotional calendars across all channelsOptimise store health metrics — search ranking, conversion rate, fulfilment SLA, seller ratingsMaintain and update the HOP website (product pages, banners, promotions, basic CMS updates)Plan and execute platform campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Raya, Merdeka, etc.) with aligned website promotionsSales & GrowthDrive GMV targets across all platformsAnalyse sales data and identify gaps, opportunities, and fast-moving SKUsManage platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored, TikTok Ads) to hit ROAS targetsCoordinate with the Singapore team on stock replenishment and cross-border fulfilmentSocial CommerceManage TikTok Shop live selling coordination and content planningSource and manage affiliate creators / KOLs for TikTok ShopWork with content creators or produce simple content briefs for product videos and reelsMonitor social commerce trends specific to Malaysia (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)Reporting & OperationsProduce weekly/monthly sales reports with clear insights and action plansTrack competitor pricing and promotions across platformsCoordinate with the finance team on payouts, reconciliation, and returnsFlag operational issues proactively and resolve platform disputes or seller penaltiesRequirementsMust-Have3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, specifically on Shopee MY and/or Lazada MYExperience managing a brand's own e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)Proven track record managing platform campaigns and hitting GMV/revenue targetsSolid understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, and ad toolsExperience with TikTok Shop (seller centre, affiliate programme, or live commerce)Comfortable with data — able to read dashboards, pull reports, and act on numbersStrong written and spoken English and Bahasa MalaysiaBased in Malaysia (Klang Valley preferred but open)What We OfferCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance bonus tied to GMV and sales targetsOpportunity to grow with a scaling brand across Southeast AsiaDirect access to decision-makers — no bureaucracy, fast executionFlexible work arrangements once settled inHow to ApplySend your CV and a short note on your best e-commerce campaign result.
