Platform Growth Manager — TikTok Shop & Shopee

What You'll Do:Own the growth strategy and execution for Feel Fresh's TikTok Shop and Shopee storefronts, with a focus on scaling GMV through affiliates and livestreamBuild, manage, and grow the affiliate program — sourcing and onboarding affiliates/KOLs, negotiating commission structures, and driving consistent order flow through affiliate content and linksManage relationships with livestreamers and livestream agencies, from sourcing and briefing to scheduling and performance tracking across TikTok Shop LIVE and Shopee LivePlan and coordinate livestream calendars, campaign tie-ins, and promotional pushes to maximize reach and conversion during key sales momentsIdentify and pursue new platform opportunities — affiliate campaigns, livestream events, platform-sponsored promotions, and collaborations that accelerate exponential growthTrack affiliate and livestream performance (GMV, commission spend, conversion, ROI per partner) and continuously optimize partner mix and incentive structuresCoordinate with the content and marketing team to ensure affiliates and livestreamers have the right assets, sample products, and messagingWho You Are:Hungry, driven, and bring a great attitude: this is the most important trait we're hiring forThrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal hand-holdingPrior experience managing affiliate programs and/or livestream commerce on TikTok Shop or Shopee is strongly preferredStrong relationship-builder — comfortable sourcing, negotiating with, and managing a network of affiliates and livestreamers at scaleData-driven, with the ability to track partner performance and optimize spend/commission for ROIDeep familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee's affiliate and livestream ecosystems (tools, commission mechanics, campaign features)Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or influencer/affiliate marketing for a brand or startup preferredWhat We Offer:Attractive compensation structure with a performance-based incentive scheme (to be discussed)Clear path to growth, including leading and managing your own team as we scaleExposure to global opportunities as we expand beyond Singapore and MalaysiaHands-on involvement across every part of the business, working directly with the foundersA team that values agility, ideas, and initiative — the chance to build something meaningful, not just clock inAbout Us:Founded in 2024, Feel Fresh is a fast-growing start-up dedicated to revolutionizing personal wellness through innovative oral care and beauty devices.
