You’ll work closely with experienced data scientists and business stakeholders to:Explore data and uncover insights that drive actionApply modern machine learning techniques to solve business challengesCommunicate findings clearly and effectivelyStay current with emerging trends in AI and data scienceWhat You’ll DoDesign and deploy AI-driven solutions for genAI copilots, recommendations, RAG and etcBuild and scale predictive and generative models using modern MLExplore and apply Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and enhance customer engagementWork with large-scale structured and unstructured data across multiple domainsDevelop compelling data stories through advanced visualisation and storytelling techniquesPartner with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions using the latest in cloud, ML Ops, and real-time data platformsWho You AreA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field2–5 years of hands-on experience in data scienceProficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQLExperience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache SparkStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
