AI & Digital Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement AI/ML, LLM, Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions for construction projects. Integrate BIM, ERP, project, site and IoT data to support project delivery and decision-making. Develop data pipelines, dashboards and digital workflows using Python, SQL, Power BI and related tools. Identify business needs and translate them into practical and scalable digital solutions. Collaborate with project and site teams to test, implement and drive adoption of digital solutions. Ensure data quality, security, governance and solution performance. Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and develop relevant pilot solutions.Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Engineering or similar role. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML and data analytics. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, BI tools and BIM/project systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Construction, engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred.Preferred Experience Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit APIs Primavera P6 / Procore GIS and spatial analytics AI/digital solution deployment in construction environments
