About the Team ValMo is Meesho's logistics and supply chain organization, building India's most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network. From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. As we scale, network complexity grows exponentially. ValMo sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and partner ecosystems — where execution precision and systems thinking are critical to prevent cascading failures across the network. About the Role Lead the national expansion of our Latent Last Mile network — a hyperlocal delivery model that taps into "latent" capacity: shopkeepers, water vendors, students, security guards, and domestic help etc. who deliver during time available around their primary work, earning a secondary income.  Lead the national expansion of our Latent Last Mile network — a hyperlocal delivery model that taps into "latent" capacity: shopkeepers, water vendors, students, and domestic help who deliver during time available around their primary work and earn a secondary income.  This is a national-level role reporting into senior leadership, where you'll shape the operations strategy for scaling this network across India.

What you'll do: Define and execute the strategy for scaling the Latent Last Mile network nationally

Design and refine partner onboarding processes to grow and sustain the delivery network

Own service quality and cost metrics for last-mile operations, and drive continuous improvement against them

Build and lead a team of cluster managers and team leads; set vision, direction, and culture, and manage individual and team performance

Identify operational gaps and drive data-led process improvements

Partner with cross-functional teams — tech, supply, finance, city ops — to implement strategies that optimize cost, service levels, and scalability

Manage a large, diverse frontline workforce across geographies with varying operating contexts

What you'll need: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline

5–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or hyperlocal delivery

Proven experience in process design and operations implementation, preferably within logistics or supply chain management

People leadership experience, ideally managing frontline/blue-collar workforces such as delivery executives

Strong structured problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, customer-first mindset

An entrepreneurial, go-getter attitude — comfortable building processes in ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end.
