We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a strong pipeline of innovative printing technologies to sell.Job DetailsRole: B2B Sales Executive (Label Printing & Packaging)Location: SingaporeJob Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesProspect and secure new business accounts within food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and logistics sectors.Consult with clients on material selection, finishing options, compliance labels, and sustainable packaging solutions.Coordinate with internal design, prepress, and production teams to deliver accurate client quotes and technical specifications.Manage client accounts from product concept approval through final press run and delivery.Conduct regular market research to identify emerging product packaging trends and new business opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly revenue and volume targets.What We Are LookingForProven track record in B2B sales, ideally within commercial printing, digital label production, or packaging industries.Strong understanding of printing processes (e.g., flexographic, digital, offset) and label substrates is highly preferred.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience pitching to procurement and brand marketing executives.Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles/contracts and build technical product knowledgePro active self-motivated individual, comfortable with both cold outreach and high-value account management.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.Performance Incentive bonusComprehensive medical benefits and travel allowances.Technical product training on advanced press capabilities and industry standards.Clear path toward sales management or regional account director roles.
