About the role The mandate of the role is to own institutional distribution end-to-end across our institutional product suite and form strategic partnerships that help scale the business. This is a hands-on leadership role – the pipeline, coverage model, and team are yours to shape. Responsibilities
Institutional distribution. Build institutional demand for our tokenized RWA products and identify attractive assets to onboard
Fundraising. Lead fundraising for some of our upcoming fund products from anchor stage to scale
Strategic partnerships. Originate and negotiate distribution partnerships - EAM platforms, digital-asset platforms, family offices/HNWIs
Team leadership. Manage, develop and hold accountable a small team of 1 – 2 associates
Requirements
8 - 10 years in institutional sales/distribution or capital raising, with meaningful digital-asset experience at an institutional platform (prime brokerage, tokenization, asset management, or trading firm).
Demonstrable relationships with allocators and institutions in APAC — family offices, EAMs, funds, banks and corporate treasuries — and a track record of closed tickets, not just coverage.
Fluency across both traditional fund products (offshore fund structures, LP onboarding) and on-chain products (stablecoins, tokenized funds, RWA).
Experience operating under financial-services regulation in HK/SG or comparable jurisdictions; understands professional-investor regimes and why distribution structure matters.
Has led or is ready to lead a small team; player-coach by disposition — carries a personal number while managing.
Mandarin a plus; English essential.
