Role OverviewJoin us as a Product Manager – Apparel &Accessories, accountable for driving the strategy, development, assortment, and commercial performance of apparel and accessories categories across our portfolio of emerging consumer brands.The Product Manager is responsible for defining category strategy and leading the end-to-end lifecycle of apparel and accessories products—from consumer and market insights, trend intelligence, assortment planning, and sourcing strategy through product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management. Focused on global growth, particularly in North America and Europe, the role drives commercially successful assortments that deliver revenue growth, GMV, margin expansion, inventory productivity, and exceptional customer value.Collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to develop category-leading apparel and accessories assortments that balance consumer appeal, commercial performance, quality, and operational excellence. Leverage data-driven practices to accelerate speed-to-market and deliver scalable products that drive profitable growth. To success in this role requires hands-on and deep experience in apparel (activewear, athleisure, fashion, or lifestyle), strong consumer insight, and sharp commercial acumen to translate market opportunities into winning products and exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities1. Product Strategy, Assortment & Hero Product Development Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and category strategy for apparel and accessories, aligned with brand objectives, consumer demand, and commercial goals and market trend.· Develop and manage seasonal assortments integrating innovation, pricing architecture, and category growth opportunities.· Lead the end-to-end development of products from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target customer needs.· Identify white space opportunities through consumer insights, market intelligence, social media trends, platform sales analytics, and competitive benchmarking.· Develop category strategies encompassing Hero products, seasonal collections, capsule drops, and core replenishment programs.· Translate market and trend signals into differentiated, scalable products with strong potential to become category leaders and best sellers.2. Global Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights · Maintain a deep understanding of global consumer trends, conduct competitor analysis, review consumer feedback, and gather client insights to identify new opportunities for growth. with particular focus on North American and European apparel and accessories markets. · Monitor emerging trends across activewear, athleisure, fashion apparel, and lifestyle categories, activewear trends.· Analyze female customer behavior, product reviews, sales performance, and competitive landscapes to identify unmet consumer needs and growth opportunities.· Evaluate winning attribute product drivers, including fabric innovation, fit architecture, functionality, pricing strategies, and customer pain points.· Convert insights into actionable product opportunities, assortment strategies, and innovation pipelines.3. Product Development, Sourcing & Supply Chain Management Lead end-to-end product development and supply chain execution, ensuring seamless translation of design with intent into commercially viable products.Sourcing &Supplier/Vendor ManagementSourcing &Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified manufacturers and vendors to build a resilient and cost-effective supply base. Balance cost, quality, and speed to optimize margins while ensuring long-term supplier performance and reliability.Product Development& Quality Assurance Own the sample development lifecycle, defining precise product specifications includingmaterials, color standards, sizing, and construction details. Oversee end-to-end manufacturing execution to ensure alignment with brand standards and quality benchmarks.Act as the central coordination hub across key stakeholders, including:· Design teams· Fabric suppliers· Trim suppliers· Manufacturers· Quality assurance teams· Sourcing and production teamsDrive the full product development lifecycle, including:· Product briefing and concept translation· Tech pack development and review· Fabric and material selection· Fit sessions and technical feedback· Sample iteration and refinement cycles· Cost engineering and negotiation· Production readiness and handoverManage end-to-end development timelines from concept initiation through bulk production readiness, ensuring critical milestones are met.Ensure all products consistently achieve targets across:· Quality excellence· Cost efficiency· Margin optimization· Lead time performance· Consumer experience and fit integrity4. Commercial Ownership & E-commerce Performance· Own category performance and commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, GMV, sell-through, gross margin, average selling price (ASP), inventory productivity, and return rates. Develop and execute category growth strategies across B2B and B2C e-commerce channels, optimize product assortments, pricing, inventory productivity, and customer experience to achieve revenue and profitability targets.· Collaborate with Procurement, E-commerce, and Growth teams to optimize product assortments, launch calendars, pricing architecture, promotional strategies, and lifecycle management.· Leverage sales analytics dashboard, customer feedback, and post-launch performance reviews to continuously improve products and performance category.· Drive profitable growth through informed decision-making across product, pricing, inventory, and assortment strategies.· Develop business cases and forecasts to support product investments and category expansion opportunities.5. Cross-Functional Leadership· Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing & Brand, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and e-Commercial teams to ensure successful campaign and product launches and category growth.· Act as the central connector between creative, commercial, and operational functions to align priorities, resources, and execution plans.· Present category strategies, product performance reviews, and growth recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.· Support the incubation, launch, and scaling of emerging consumer brands through disciplined product management and commercial execution from 0- to 1.· Champion innovation, sustainability, inclusion, and consumer-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle.Requirements& QualificationsESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: · 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Category Management, Merchandising, or a related product creation function within the apparel, fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods industry.· Demonstrated experience developing and scaling commercially successful apparel and accessories products across multiple categories.· Deep expertise in one or more of the following categories:+ Activewear+ Athleisure+ Women's Fashion+ Sportswear+ Lifestyle Accessories· Proven track record of translating consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives into profitable product assortments and category growth strategies.· Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation and assortment planning through commercialization, launch, and lifecycle optimization.· Strong experience collaborating with OEM, ODM, and global manufacturing partners, with a solid understanding of sourcing strategies, production planning, and supply chain operations.· Demonstrated ability to balance consumer needs, brand positioning, quality standards, speed-to-market, and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.· Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Production, Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations teams.TECHNICAL &COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE:Strong knowledge of:· Fabric technologies, material innovation, and performance textiles· Garment construction, fit development, and product engineering· Product costing, margin optimization, and profitability management· Assortment architecture and category planning· Demand forecasting and inventory optimization· Pricing strategy and promotional planning· Product lifecycle management (PLM) processes· Consumer trend analysis and market intelligencePREFERREDEXPERIENCE WITH: · 3D product creation platforms, virtual sampling, and digital product development workflows· Product analytics and data-driven decision-making· E-commerce merchandising and digital commerce performance metrics· Ability to evaluate product opportunities through both consumer-centric and commercial lenses, balancing innovation with profitability and operational scalability.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience building and scaling products for North American and European markets.· Experience within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), omnichannel, or e-commerce-first brands.· Familiarity with agile or fast-response product development and supply chain models.· Experience launching and managing products across digital marketplaces and social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, SHEIN, or similar channels.· Experience supporting emerging brands, new business ventures, or category incubation initiatives.· Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous for supplier and manufacturing partner engagement.WHAT WINNINGLOOKS LIKE (the impact you’ll create) Within your first 12 months, you will:· Launch multiple apparel and accessories collections that resonate with consumers and deliver strong commercial results.· Develop at least one Hero product franchise with strong sell-through and repeat purchase performance.· Establish a scalable category architecture and product roadmap to support long-term growth.· Build a robust innovation pipeline aligned with North American and European consumer demand.· Drive improvements in revenue, margin, inventory productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics through data-driven product decisions.· Become a trusted strategic partner to leadership by providing data-driven recommendations that accelerate category and brand growth.
