Company OverviewJCO Analytics (JCO.ai) is a data and AI solutions company in Singapore that helps organizations modernize data platforms, drive insights, and automate business processes with offerings in Data Platforms, AI & Advanced Analytics, Cloud Modernisation, and Business Process Automation.Job SummaryAs a Field Sales Executive at JCO Analytics, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions across Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics portfolios in a client-facing, hunter role.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across target industries to expand JCO Analytics’ client baseManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, proposal development, and closing deals to achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand client needs and position JCO solutions effectivelyConduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to communicate value propositions clearlyCollaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized proposals for Data Platforms, AI/GenAI & Advanced Analytics, Cloud Migration & Modernisation, and Business Process Automation solutionsMaintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenueStay informed on industry trends in Data, AI, and Cloud to anticipate market changes and competitor positioningRequired competencies and certificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in IT / Technology Sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsFresh Grads with Data Analytics background can applyExperience selling one or more of the following: Data / Analytics solutions, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI / Machine Learning solutions, or Enterprise software / SI servicesStrong communication and presentation skills demonstrated through client engagements and solution discussionsAbility to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively to drive sales outcomesSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environmentPreferred competencies and qualificationsExisting network within Singapore enterprise or commercial sector to facilitate business developmentExperience in SI or consulting sales to navigate complex sales cyclesFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, Azure, and AWS to better understand client environments and solutionsOther InformationCompetitive base salary plus attractive commission structureOpportunity to sell cutting-edge Data & AI solutions with exposure to enterprise clients across industriesCollaborative and growth-focused work environment supporting career advancement into senior sales or account leadership rolesInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to [email protected]
