Retail Sales & Social Media Executive

OCEANOVA is a Singapore lifestyle brand located at The Centrepoint, Orchard Road. We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Retail Sales & Store Operations* Provide friendly and professional customer service* Recommend suitable products and assist customers with purchases* Achieve individual and store sales targets* Handle cashiering and POS transactions* Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and daily store operationsSocial Media & Content Creation* Create photos and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED)* Film and edit Reels/TikTok-style content using a smartphone* Support regular social media posting and account management* Follow social media trends and propose creative content ideas* Assist with promotions, product launches and KOL/influencer collaborations* Engage with followers and help grow our online communityRequirements:* Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail and social media* Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers* Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content* Able to take good photos and videos using a smartphone* Basic CapCut or other video editing skills* Familiar with Instagram and TikTok* Xiaohongshu (RED) experience is an advantage* Good spoken and written English* Mandarin is an advantage* Responsible, proactive and able to work independently* Retail, sales or social media experience preferred* Fresh graduates with strong social media skills are welcome to applyLocation: The Centrepoint, Orchard Road, SingaporeEmployment Type: Full-Time
