Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to accelerate company growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, retailers, distributors, communities, KOLs, affiliates, and strategic stakeholders. Develop and execute partnership strategies with KOLs, creators, and affiliate networks to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Monitor and optimize KOL and affiliate performance, including campaign effectiveness, conversion, and ROI. Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to create impactful KOL and affiliate activation programs. Lead negotiations, partnership discussions, commercial agreements, and collaboration opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop strategic growth initiatives and activation programs. Monitor sales performance and partnership effectiveness to ensure achievement of business targets. Support expansion into offline channels, modern trade, general trade, and strategic collaborations. Prepare business proposals, partnership decks, and performance reports for management review. Drive revenue growth through innovative and scalable business strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, or related roles. Experience in FMCG, baby & mother products, healthcare, retail, beauty, or startup industries is highly preferred. Proven experience in managing KOL partnerships, affiliate programs, and creator collaborations. Strong understanding of social commerce, affiliate ecosystem, and digital campaign strategies. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and business expansion targets. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience handling modern trade, distributor partnerships, or strategic collaborations is a plus. Can join immediately and willing to working from Office in our Head Office, Joglo, Jakarta Barat
