About LinkEdgeLinkEdge International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based distributor of leading FMCG and consumer brands across modern trade, convenience, pharmacy, foodservice and E-commerce channels. As we build out our in-house ecommerce capability, we are growing our digital team to own and scale our presence across Shopee, Lazada, shopify and TikTok Shop.Role SummaryThe E-Commerce Digital Marketer drives demand and return on ad spend across our marketplace and digital channels. You will plan and optimise paid campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Meta and Google, manage affiliate and influencer programmes, and turn performance data into actionable growth across the funnel— from acquisition to retention.Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Advertising &Campaign Management•       Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, online advertising and promotional campaigns.•       Plan, execute and optimise Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.•       Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).•       Conduct keyword research and bidding strategies to improve visibility and conversions.•       Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to achieve sales targets.2. Performance Marketing•       Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.•       Manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels.•       Analyse customer behavior, traffic sourcesand conversion funnels.•       Optimise landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rates.•       Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase repeat purchases.3. Affiliate Marketing &Influencer Management•       Develop and manage affiliate marketing programmes across Shopee, TikTok and other platforms.•       Negotiate collaboration terms with KOLs and define campaign deliverables.•       Track affiliate sales performance and optimise commission structures.•       Monitor influencer campaign ROI and prepare performance reports.•       Identify new affiliate and partnership opportunities to drive incremental sales.4. Data Analysis & Reporting•       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)including sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, CAC and customer retention.•       Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.•       Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.•       Track competitor performance and market trends.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration•       Work closely with graphic designers to develop campaign creatives and promotional assets.•       Collaborate with brand principals and suppliers on marketing initiatives.•       Support product launches and promotional activities across all channels.Requirements& Qualifications•       Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.•       2+ years of digital or e-commerce marketing experience, preferably within retail or FMCG.•       Hands-on experience with Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.•       Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with marketplace seller centers, Google Analytics and spreadsheets.•       Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimising ROAS.•       Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer / KOL management.•       Results-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a summary of relevant campaign results to Linkedge HR - [email protected].
