What you’ll do: Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries.

Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans.

Coordinate with onsite vendors teams to align shipment schedules.

Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes.

Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization.

Optimize transport performance by monitoring fulfillment and streamlining order dispatch.

Collaborate with teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and operational issues promptly.

Manage and audit all transportation-related documentation and billing cycles.

What you’ll need: At least 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service

Good command in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing & Listening)

Require skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation

Rationale thinking & good teamwork

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with coordination skills

Work experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related roles.

Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.

Maintain accurate transport planning data and reports.
