About Best Marketing AgencyBest Marketing Agency (BMA) is a Singapore-registered digital marketing agency, specialising in SEO-led growth stacks for SMEs. We are a Pre-Approved PSG Vendor under IMDA, helping local businesses scale through Search, Social, and Authority-building campaigns.We operate as a remote-first team. Roughly 80% of your week is remote (prospecting, calls, proposal building, follow-ups from wherever you work best), and 20% is in-person across Singapore, meeting prospects face-to-face when the deal calls for it. You should be comfortable hopping into a client's office, a café, or a co-working space at short notice to close warm prospects who prefer to meet in real life.We are growing fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist (Sales) to join our front-line revenue team, converting interest into long-term client partnerships.The RoleYou will own the deal from first conversation to signed proposal, before handing over cleanly to our Account Management team for delivery.The role is structured in two tiers of pipeline:Warm inbound (priority). Leads who have already raised their hand through our funnel, paid acquisition campaigns, referrals, and organic inbound. Your job here is to consult, diagnose, and prescribe the right BMA growth stack, then close.Cold outbound (when warm pipeline is light). When warm leads are exhausted or quiet, you will run structured cold outbound campaigns to fill the gap. This means a combination of cold email sequences (via our outbound email tooling) and cold calls to qualified SG SME decision-makers. We expect every strategist to be comfortable picking up the phone, not just hiding behind email.This is a hybrid hunter-closer role. If you only want pure inbound, this is not the right seat. If you want a steady warm-lead diet supplemented by outbound when the funnel slows, you will thrive here.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with warm inbound leads who have expressed interest through our sales process, ensuring a personalised and consultative approach.Run structured cold outbound campaigns when warm pipeline is insufficient, using a mix of cold email software and cold-calling to reach qualified SG SME prospects.Build and refine outbound lists, email sequences, and call scripts in partnership with the marketing team.Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients (virtual or in-person) to assess their business needs and determine alignment with our services.Travel to client meetings across Singapore when a face-to-face conversation will move the deal forward.Facilitate a seamless handover of clients to the account management team, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in service.Maintain detailed records throughout the sales process, ensuring all client insights and requirements are effectively communicated to the team.Utilise CRM software (GoHighLevel) to manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient follow-ups and data-driven decision-making.Develop compelling proposals using Google Slides, tailored to meet each client's objectives and expectations.Present and pitch proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our digital marketing solutions to secure new business.Assist with additional tasks as required to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsMust-have1–3 years of experience in a consultative sales, account executive, or business development role, ideally within a digital marketing agency, SaaS, or B2B services environment.Comfortable with cold-calling. You should be able to pick up the phone, open a conversation with a stranger, handle objections, and book a meeting without hesitation.Comfortable meeting clients in person across Singapore, professional appearance and presentation when the deal calls for face-to-face.Familiarity with cold email outbound tooling (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar) and an understanding of deliverability fundamentals (warm-up, domain reputation, sequence design).Strong working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and conversion funnels. You should be able to hold a credible 30-minute conversation with a business owner about their growth bottlenecks.Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to translate marketing jargon into plain business outcomes (revenue, leads, CAC, ROI).Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides for proposal building.Comfortable with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Self-starter mindset suited to a remote-first environment, with strong time management and the discipline to hit pipeline targets without daily supervision.Singapore-based, with the right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR preferred).Nice-to-havePrior exposure to PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant) sales cycles or selling to Singapore SMEs.Proven track record of running your own outbound campaigns (list building, sequence writing, A/B testing subject lines, dial volume).Familiarity with SEO audit tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) or paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).Experience pitching to founders and C-suite decision-makers of SG SMEs.A portfolio of closed deals, outbound campaign results, or proposal samples you can walk us through.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission on every deal you close.
