Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for. A Day in the Life You will act as the main partner of Commerce transformation & operations teams to define their analytics roadmap, unlock data insights for augmenting their decision-making process, own and groom their analytics catalogue, and accompany them to transform into a full Data and AI organization. 1. Analytics Portfolio Ownership (Business Planning & Sales Performance): Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for regional Sales Performance and eCommerce analytics, maximizing the Global, Zone and local catalogue of solutions.  Translate complex business questions from commercial teams into advanced insights or scalable, actionable analytics products. Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and the delivery teams (Data & AI Tech teams and Analytics delivery hub), fostering strong relationships and gathering feedback. Prioritize the business backlog, define use cases and oversee delivery to drive measurable business value. Organize and facilitate feedback sessions, focus groups, and user workshops to capture regular input for continuous improvement. 2. Business Animation & Stakeholder Management: Analytics Transformation Strategy: Define with Business partners the building blocks of analytics transformation for the sub-domain. Translate into a roadmap of analytics projects and products, work with Data Product Owner peers the necessary data acquisition plans and build the transformation and change activities. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage business counterparts to groom the product backlog, refine solution designs, and build alignment on product vision. Co-creation: Actively gather business input and test prototypes/ideas directly with end-users. Change Management: Lead communication, change enablement, and continuous portfolio animation to systematically drive user adoption across the zone. 3. Leadership of External Partner Team: Lead, coach, and guide the external team of Analytics Product Owners (APOs) provided by our external analytics partner in the Analytics Delivery Hub. Establish clear performance KPIs, governance standards, and delivery cadences to ensure high-quality output. Foster a collaborative, high-performing working culture between internal L'Oréal stakeholders and the external delivery partner. 4. Leadership & Ways of Working (Soft Skills): Problem-Solving Mindset: Maintain a solutions-driven approach—prioritize pace and progress over getting bogged down in granular details. Milestone Discipline:  Establish clear, measurable milestones to ensure steady product momentum. Decisiveness & Options Framing: When facing ambiguity or decision roadblocks, quickly formulate well-structured scenarios with clear pros, cons, and trade-offs to facilitate leadership/N+1 decision-making. We Are Looking For You bring a collaborative mindset and proven capability in scaling data-driven solutions across omnichannel commercial environments. You bring: 10+ years’ experience in Commerce Digital transformation within FMCG or retail, with a strong focus or appetite on Data & Analytics Experience in managing project and building solutions using agile methodologies across the commercial value chain, with a strong track record of prioritizing backlogs based on business value, defining commercial use cases, and driving adoption among sales and digital teams. Ability to partner hand-in-hand with external vendor teams to co-create, architect, and iterate on analytics solutions, blending internal business context with external technical and domain expertise. Familiarity with modern data stacks, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL. Highly proactive, resilient, solutions-oriented, with exceptional stakeholder management and options-framing capabilities for senior leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
