Job DescriptionSalesforce is seeking an outstanding seller to join our ASEAN team as our Singapore-based Signature Success Sales Executive. This is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for driving growth of Signature Success across territories with some of our most strategic accounts. Operating as a trusted advisor at the executive level, this role partners closely with Core & Cloud Sales and Success leadership to position Signature Success as a critical component of customers’ long-term business and platform strategy. This role requires deep enterprise sales experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across diverse ASEAN markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and exceed ACV and NNAOV targets for Signature Success Plans across the assigned territoryEngage C-level and senior executives to position Signature Success as a strategic investment that accelerates value realization, adoption, and business outcomesLead sophisticated discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, operating models, and technical complexityDrive complex deal cycles, including multi-year and multi-country opportunitiesMaintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and executive-level deal hygienePartner cross-functionally with license Salesm, Success, Services and Product teams to deliver a unified customer narrativeSupport and navigate customer escalations related to Signature Success, ensuring alignment and resolutionRepresent the voice of the customer back into the Success and Sales organizationsMinimum RequirementsProven experience as a senior, quota-carrying IC (Key Account Director / Strategic AE) selling to large Enterprise customersDemonstrated success selling complex services, support, or SaaS solutions with large ACV and long sales cyclesStrong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholdersConsistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a matrixed organizationExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals across multiple geographiesStrong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and forecasting disciplinePreferred Experience & AttributesExperience selling within SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise cloud platformsFamiliarity working across ASEAN markets and culturesTrusted advisor mindset with strong business and technical acumenHighly autonomous, strategic, and outcome-orientedCan collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environmentHas a strong drive for resultsStrong engagement and communication skillsConsultative selling experienceResourceful
