YOUR NEW JOBThe Sales Manager – Thailand will be responsible for growing new business in the Thailand market, targeting direct clients, advertisers, advertising agencies & media agencies.You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting & qualification through proposals, negotiation, closing & relationship management.This is a permanent full-time or 12-month renewable contract role, based in HarbourFront, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - with WFH.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGDevelop & execute the sales plan for the Thailand marketIdentify & win new clients through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking & referralsBuild & manage a strong sales pipeline across direct clients, advertisers & agenciesEngage decision-makers to understand their lead generation & customer acquisition needsPrepare proposals, presentations & commercial recommendationsManage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation & contract closureAchieve agreed sales, revenue & new client acquisition targetsMaintain accurate pipeline, sales forecasts & client activity recordsWork with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirementsMonitor Thailand market trends, competitors & new business opportunitiesAttend client meetings, industry events & networking activitiesWHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOUProven experience in B2B sales, business development or new client acquisitionNative fluency in ThaiGood understanding of the Thailand market & local business environmentTrack record of winning new clients & achieving sales targetsStrong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting & account openingStrong presentation, communication & negotiation skillsComfortable managing the full sales cycle independentlySelf-motivated, commercially driven & comfortable with individual sales targetsWilling to travel for client meetings & business development when requiredWHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUTExperience selling to advertisers, media agencies, advertising agencies or digital businessesBackground in lead generation, digital marketing, performance marketing, online advertising or customer acquisitionExisting network of Thai clients or agenciesExperience developing a market from the ground up
