Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven decision-making, business intelligence, and automation initiatives.The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and business understanding to develop reporting solutions,optimise workflows, and support operational and marketing performance.The role involves working with cross-functional teams andinternational clients to implement data analytics, CRM solutions, AI-poweredautomation, and business process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business intelligence projects, translating business requirements into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.Build and maintain data pipelines integrating CRM platforms, marketing tools, databases, and other business systems.Analyse business, customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Design and optimise CRM workflows, customer journeys, lead management processes, and reporting systems.Develop workflow automation and AI agent integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, n8n, and prompt engineering.Manage SQL queries, data transformations, data validation, and backend integrations using Firebase or comparable platforms.Collaborate with AI, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams on system integrations, deployment workflows, and process optimisation.Support marketing analytics, campaign reporting, content workflows, and lead generation initiatives.Coordinate project delivery using Agile, Kanban, sprint-based, or Waterfall methodologies.Communicate project progress, analytical findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and international clients.Maintain data quality, reporting standards, technical documentation, and appropriate data access controls.RequirementsA Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related discipline from a recognised university.At least 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, automation, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, data analysis, and business process improvement.Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, regex, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as n8n.Experience with Firebase or similar backend platforms and AWS cloud or DevOps workflows.Working knowledge of CRM systems, data integration, and business reporting tools.Understanding of Agile project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination.Familiarity with UI/UX principles, CRM user flows, and digital marketing analytics.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international clients.Preferred SkillsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Vercel, or Lovable.Experience with Figma, Canva, email design, or marketing content development.Knowledge of marketing attribution, customer segmentation, conversion analysis, and campaign performance measurement.Understanding of data modelling, cloud data warehouses, and scalable reporting architectures.Relevant certifications in business intelligence, cloud technologies, Agile project management, or artificial intelligence.Application InstructionsInterested applicants should submit their CV and coverletter through the application channel specified in the vacancy.
