About Xsolla School Xsolla School is an experiential learning program designed to help university students and recent graduates gain real-world exposure to the global video game industry. Participants learn directly from Xsolla professionals through guided mentorship, technical training, and hands-on projects. 关于 Xsolla School Xsolla School 是一个体验式学习项目，旨在帮助高校学生和应届毕业生获得全球视频游戏行业的真实实践经验。学员通过导师指导、技术培训和动手项目，直接从 Xsolla 专业人士那里学习。
Program Overview The Builders Track focuses on Engineering and Design — the foundation of how we create, design, and deliver technology at Xsolla. Participants will join a 16 week immersive program combining mentorship, technical training, and project-based learning alongside Xsolla experts. Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a full-time offer to join Xsolla’s product and engineering teams. 项目概述 Builders Track（构建者方向）聚焦于工程与设计——这是 Xsolla 创造、设计及交付技术的基础。学员将参加为期 16 周的沉浸式项目，结合导师指导、技术培训以及与 Xsolla 专家一起进行的项目制学习。顺利完成项目后，结业者将获得 Xsolla 产品与工程团队的全职录用机会。

Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily training sessions and workshops. Collaborate in cross-functional project teams (3–5 members). Design, build, test, and document software or product features. Contribute to the team’s demo projects and showcase final deliverables. Engage with mentors and apply feedback to continuously improve. Maintain a professional, proactive, and curious learning attitude. 参加日常培训课程与工作坊。 在跨职能项目团队（3-5 人）中协作。 设计、构建、测试并编写软件或产品功能文档。 为团队的演示项目做出贡献，并展示最终交付成果。 与导师互动，将反馈用于持续改进。 保持专业、积极主动且充满好奇心的学习态度。
Requirements: Primarily targeting fresh graduates of 2026 and 2027, both undergraduate and postgraduate. For exceptionally qualified candidates, the graduation year requirement may be appropriately adjusted to 2024. 主要面向 2026 届和 2027 届应届毕业生，本科及研究生均可。对于特别优秀者，毕业年份要求可适当放宽至2024年毕业。
