We focus on enriching the present and enhancing the future for societies worldwide.Job SummaryLead research and development of AI algorithms and applications in computer vision, generative AI, and large language models to deliver innovative AI systems in local and cloud environments.ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop AI algorithms and applications in Computer Vision, Generative AI, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to advance AI capabilities.Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models for computer vision and multimodal AI applications such as diffusion models to optimize performance.Develop AI applications using LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows to create advanced AI solutions.Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems in local and cloud environments to ensure scalable and efficient deployment.Communicate progress and plans effectively and timely to collaborators to support project alignment and decision-making.Manage multiple R&D tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude.Collaborate with team members to foster effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.Required competencies and certificationsDegree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines.Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models.Solid understanding of Computer Vision, image generation, and generative AI techniques.Experience with LLMs, LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agent frameworks.Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and deploying models in local and cloud environments.Strong communication skills to report progress and collaborate effectively.Preferred competencies and qualificationsProactive attitude towards continuous learning and problem-solving to adapt to evolving AI technologies.Ability to work independently while managing multiple research and development tasks efficiently.Excellent teamwork skills to contribute positively to collaborative projects.
