This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to our Client, a Fortune 500 Tech Firm.The Content Partnership team is at the forefront of shaping the future of interactive entertainment, gaming, and social experiences. We're seeking a Strategic Program Manager (SPM) to lead partnership programs at the intersection of agentic AI, emerging technologies, and new content formats—with a focus on cultivating new developer communities, market segments, and verticals.In this role, you will design and drive programs that enable indie, mobile, and PC developers to build content partnerships for existing and new platforms. You will be instrumental in exploring how agentic technologies can transform content creation, development workflows, and player experiences across mobile and potential new platforms. This is a new-bet role that requires entrepreneurial thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for emerging tech.ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Execution: Define and lead programs that bring new developers—including but not limited to indie, mobile, and PC developers—into content ecosystem, establishing scalable partnership frameworks for new segments and verticalsAgentic Technology Initiatives: Drive programs that leverage agentic AI and emerging technologies for content creation, development tools, and new interactive formats on the platformsDeveloper Community Building: Build and nurture relationships with the indie and broader developer community, identifying high-potential creators and studios across mobile, PC, and emerging platformsNew Format Exploration: Identify, evaluate, and pilot new content formats and experiences enabled by agentic and emerging technologiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, and Content Policy teams to align programs with platform capabilities and roadmapStakeholder Management: Represent programs externally in developer communities and industry events; provide thought leadership in executive meetings with internal and external stakeholdersMetrics & Insights: Define success metrics, track program performance, and communicate insights to inform strategic decisions at scaleEcosystem Development: Source new partnership opportunities by staying ahead of trends in AI-native development, indie gaming, and emerging platformsChange Navigation: Adapt programs quickly as agentic technologies and platform capabilities evolve; communicate implications to partners and internal teamsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience8+ years of experience in program management, business development, or strategic partnerships within gaming, developer ecosystems, or technology platformsDemonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong understanding of the indie and wider gaming developer ecosystem across mobile and/or PCProven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams at all levelsExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in content creation or developer toolingFlexibility to work across and support different timezonesPreferred QualificationsDeep domain expertise in indie game development, mobile/PC gaming ecosystems, or emerging platformsHands-on experience with agentic AI, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted development workflowsTrack record of building developer community programs or managing developer relations initiativesExperience navigating mobile platform ecosystems (iOS, Android, app stores) and PC distribution channels (Steam, Epic, etc.)Familiarity with product ecosystem and platform capabilitiesPassion for emerging technologies and a strong point of view on how AI will reshape content creation and gamingExperience working with developers and content creators across the APAC regionFluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) a plusPlease note that this is not a full-time employment opportunity.
