Key Responsibilities • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention. • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to meet ROI and conversion targets. • Funnel Optimization: Analyze customer journeys to identify leakages, managing top-to-bottom-of-funnel initiatives to improve conversion rates. • Product Adoption/Activation: Drive product usage through targeted, engaging digital, CRM, and in-app campaigns. • Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 3–6 years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or product activation, preferably with CRM and landing page tools. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook/Google/TikTok Ads), analytics tools, and SEO. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize performance. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. • Common Goals • Increasing active users and reducing churn. • Maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). • Achieving "Aha Moment" for new users (product adoption).
