[SINGAPORE FLYER] Marketing and Sales Officer

OVERALL JOB PURPOSESupport the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a key focus on Chinese digital platforms, to enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement and contribute to visitation and revenue growth.The role encompasses digital marketing, social media and content management, campaign and event coordination, as well as the upkeep of onsite marketing collaterals, digital displays and signage. It also provides sales administrative support, including the preparation of event listings and booking documentation, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales activities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Digital Marketing and Campaign ExecutionPlan, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across Chinese platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo and Douyi, as well as other relevant social media channels.Develop engaging, platform-specific content, including copywriting, English to Chinese translation, visuals and short-form videos, tailored to target audiences.Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations, digital promotions and content partnerships to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Monitor campaign performance and digital engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. 2. Marketing and Event SupportSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, corporate events, media activities and brand activations.Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign activities.Maintain and update website content, social media platforms, digital displays and promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines.3. Sales and Administrative SupportProvide sales and operational support, including preparation of quotations, booking orders, event orders, reports and related documentation.Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases and event information to support departmental reporting and coordination.Liaise with internal departments to facilitate event arrangements, client bookings and operational requirements.4. Other ResponsibilitiesUndertake other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related discipline.Relevant experience or practical exposure in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or campaign execution.
