Senior Director, House of Brands

Through our House of Brands division, we build, operate and grow businesses across food, lifestyle, sportsand culture, including brands such as The Meatmen, rice., and OVER, while continuously exploring new concepts and acquisition opportunities. We are looking for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, House of Brands.This is not a marketing role. This is a business-building role – You will help drive growth across our portfolio, oversee strategic initiatives, launch new ventures, evaluate opportunities and work closely with leadership to scale the next generation of Wolfpack brands.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the key deputy to the Managing Director, House of Brands.Drive commercial growth and business performance across the House of Brands portfolio.Identify and develop new revenue streams, partnerships and growth opportunities.Support the launch and scaling of new brands, concepts and ventures.Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments and strategic opportunities.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across content, partnerships, marketing and operations.Improve organisational processes, execution and accountability across the division.Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.Collaborate with other Wolfpack business units to unlock ecosystem opportunities.Mentor and develop future leaders within the organisation.Who We're Looking For8-10 years of relevant experience in consumer brands, media, F&B, startups, agency, lifestyle or related sectors.Proven experience managing teams, projects and business growth initiatives.Strong commercial acumen and business instincts.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.Able to move between strategy and execution with ease.Resourceful, hands-on and highly accountable.Excited by the challenge of building and scaling businesses rather than simply managing them.Why Join Us?At The Wolfpack, you'll have the opportunity to help shape and build brands from the ground up, work alongside entrepreneurial leaders, and play a key role in the growth of a rapidly evolving ecosystem of businesses
