E-commerce Operations ExecutiveLocation: Singapore (onsite, 5 days a week)Work hours: 9am - 6pmAbout Welive WELIVE is a Singapore-based,  FMCG distribution company specialising in categories from Food & Beverages to Home & Living essentials. Founded in 2025, we have rapidly grown into a multi-brand distributor managing hundreds of SKUs and a network of 300+ live sellers and content creators and are now currently behind multiple tiktok viral food products. Through livestream commerce, affiliate marketing, and data-driven strategies, we distribute different brands and help them scale and drive sales across social commerce platforms.Your roleEnsuring smooth flow for day to day operationsOptimise stock-ins/outs, restocks of productsManaging and create product listings, updating prices, photos & details, doing data transformation to fit different sitesReplying to customer queries, and handling refundsHelping to set up promotions & run basic ad campaigns, tracking sales and customer satisfaction of the productCoordinating daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, overseeing warehouse support staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order dispatchesOther administrative duties assigned by Management You’re the right fit if you areStrong communication skillsResponsible and take pride in getting things done right & on timeEager to contribute and grow in a fast-paced environmentKeen eye for detail and problem-solving abilityWilling to speak up and suggest ideasHas leadership skillsTech-savvyWhat you will gainReal-world experience running multi-platform online storesSkills in inventory management and campaign set-upsDeep understanding of e-commerce tools, platform logistics and data analyticsHands-on mentorship from founders & experienced operatorsWe’re not just looking for employees, we're building a team.
