RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will lead the Digital Innovation team and will play a key role in advancing Giving.sg — Singapore's largest giving platform — alongside strengthening the organisation's internal digital systems, processes, and capabilities. The role will operate across both technical and business domains, ensuring alignment between organisational priorities, user needs, and digital initiatives. As part of a lean and mission-driven team, you will have the opportunity to shape digital products and systems that support Singapore's giving ecosystem, enabling charities, corporates, and individuals to contribute more effectively to social impact. Digital Platform Strategy & Growth
Lead the strategic development, growth, and long term sustainability of giving.sg by aligning and integrating efforts in strategic platform partnerships and customer experience strategies to drive user growth, engagement, retention and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and national objectives Ensure robust standards across platform governance, service quality, data protection, cybersecurity, risk management, and audit compliance.
Technology Strategy & Governance
Define and drive the organisation's technology vision, roadmap, and governance frameworks in alignment with strategic priorities. Oversee IT applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to ensure resilience, scalability, and compliance. Lead the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g. Generative AI) to enhance organisational effectiveness and impact. Manage technology risks, system dependencies, and governance requirements across enterprise systems and digital initiatives.
Leadership & Management
Set the team's strategic direction, KPIs, and workplans, ensuring delivery of outcomes aligned with organisational goals. Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring, development, and performance management. Oversee budget and resource allocation to optimise effectiveness. Foster cross-functional collaboration to leverage organisational capabilities and drive impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline At least 12 years of relevant experience in digital delivery, programme management, or technology leadership roles Proven track record in building and delivering complex digital platforms and driving organisation-wide digital initiatives Strong experience in managing cross-functional programmes, stakeholders, and vendors Ability to operate across both technical and business domains Prior experience in the public, social, or impact sector is advantageous but not required
