We realise this vision with a ‘glocal’ approach, building a robust operations team to adapt our product to local networks of businesses and delivery contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for executing holistic marketing campaigns, and all the assets/content associated with them. This hands-on position is ideal for a skilled Marketing Executive who enjoys defining marketing campaigns, and developing, curating, and reconfiguring content and assets, according to consumers’ journey.
The Marketing Executive needs to support content development and asset creation for campaign offers and other deliverables from scratch, or based on Lalamove’s brand vision and business goals. Additional creative writing skills, and knowledge of the usage of common digital marketing tools would also serve this person well.
【工作內容】: 媒體關係經營:深耕並維護與媒體的良好關係,定期舉辦、參與媒體餐敘與交流活動。 品牌公關策略:制定並執行 Lalamove 品牌公關策略,規劃品牌公關形象、發言主軸與媒體專訪,以提升 Lalamove 的品牌知名度、企業整體專業度與正向影響力。 商業情報整合:活躍於各大媒體與品牌公關社群,具備商業敏銳度。能從日常交流中捕捉市場動態與他牌專案,主動發掘潛在的商業或戰略合作機會,並將第一手情報反饋給內部團隊。 政策與產業分析:關注政策與產業動態,掌握可能影響品牌的政策風險或大環境機會,為 Lalamove 提出公關切入點與應對建議。 新聞稿撰寫與曝光:主導新聞稿的撰寫、發布與媒體溝通,積極爭取正面的媒體曝光與報導機會。 公關問題與危機處理:具備快速反應能力,有效將負面影響降至最低,維護正向品牌聲量。 社群與輿情監控:善用社群監控工具追蹤市場輿論走向與競品公關活動,敏銳捕捉大眾聲量與反應,並將其轉化為即時應對的公關策略與溝通素材,並能以數據驅動決策,精準尋找成長議題 跨部門訊息整合:與跨部門團隊緊密協作,確保品牌核心訊息在各種溝通管道與對外發言中保持高度一致。 全通路品牌影響力管理:除了傳統媒體,需主動開發並維護與創作者及其他長期合作關係,利用多元內容格式提升品牌穿透力。
【我們正在找這樣的你/妳】: 積極的媒體開發能力:維護既有媒體庫,並具備主動開發新媒體線路、拓展潛在記者人脈的行動力,持續擴大品牌的媒體影響圈。 商業敏銳度:具備敏銳的市場嗅覺,能從社交與閒聊中挖掘潛在機會。 公關危機意識:對輿論風向具備高度敏感度,能在公關危機發生初期迅速判斷,並制定有效的應對建議與溝通方案。 商業溝通力:擅長與媒體記者、內部高層及跨部門溝通,能從容應對進退,建立長遠的信任關係。 文字感染力:擁有極佳的中文寫作與敘事能力,能將生硬的企業資訊轉為吸引媒體與大眾的故事。
【工作待遇】: 月薪 55,000 - 70,000 元 (依能力核定薪資)。
