Job Description : Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and technological solutions Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments and organisational levels Create detailed functional specifications, process models and requirements documentation for development and implementation teams Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making on proposed technology initiatives and system implementations Collaborate with technical teams, system architects and project managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility Conduct stakeholder consultations and workshops to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements Perform data analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimisation strategies Support system testing and user acceptance testing activities to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements Provide ongoing support and recommendations during project implementation and post-implementation phases Maintain clear communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Job Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements analysis role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges into workable solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in requirements documentation tools and methodologies such as use cases, user stories, process flows and data flow diagrams Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with agile or waterfall project methodologies Demonstrated ability to gather and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of enterprise systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is advantageous Experience with data analysis tools and techniques Familiarity with business process modelling notation (BPMN) or similar process documentation standards is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
