Data Analyst

Conduct structured observation of RM and ARM activities across selected Private Banking & Treasures Private Client teams.-Record and categorise activities using predefined study templates and guidelines.-Monitor and document time spent across client servicing, onboarding, KYC reviews, account maintenance, transaction support, business development support and administrative activities.-Consolidate time-motion study data collected from participating RMs and ARMs.-Ensure all data collection is objective, accurate, consistent and confidential.-Liaise with Business Management, CSMs, RMs and ARMs to coordinate observation schedules and data collection activities.-Maintain complete and accurate records of observations, activity logs and supporting documentation.Requirements:-Diploma or Degree holder.-2-5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations or Financial Services preferred.-Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.-Objective, professional and independent in conducting observations and data collection.-Ability to work across multiple teams and manage assignments within agreed timelines.Thanks, and Best RegardsLiniRecruitment ConsultantR22108463
