Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and creative Global Brand & SocialMarketing Manager to lead our brand communications, social media strategy, andinfluencer marketing efforts across global markets.This role will be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceivedand experienced by consumers through compelling storytelling, creatorpartnerships, social content, and integrated brand campaigns. You will workclosely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, strengthenbrand awareness, and build an engaged global community around our products andmission.You will also lead a team focused on content creation and influencermarketing, driving both brand impact and measurable business results.Key Responsibilities1. Global Brand Strategy & CommunicationsDrive the execution of global brand positioning and messaging acrossall consumer touchpoints.Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, andcommunication assets to ensure consistency across markets.Lead integrated brand campaigns that strengthen awareness,consideration, and brand affinity.Build compelling brand stories that connect with consumers andreinforce the brand's purpose and values.2. Social Media & Community GrowthOwn the global social media strategy across key platforms, includingInstagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.Develop content strategies that drive engagement, community growth, andbrand advocacy.Monitor social trends, cultural insights, and platform developments toidentify new opportunities.Establish performance metrics and optimize content strategies based onaudience and business insights.3. Influencer & Creator MarketingDevelop and execute global influencer marketing strategies across keymarkets.Build and manage relationships with creators, industry experts,ambassadors, and affiliates.Oversee product seeding, creator partnerships, sponsored content, andcampaign activations.Measure and optimize influencer performance to maximize brand impactand ROI.4. Product Launch & Campaign SupportPartner with Product, Creative, and Commercial teams to support newproduct launches.Develop launch narratives, key messaging, creator activation plans, andsocial campaign strategies.Ensure product stories are effectively communicated through owned,earned, and influencer channels.5. PR & Brand PartnershipsSupport media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and brandpartnership opportunities.Identify opportunities to strengthen brand credibility and industryrecognition through strategic communications and collaborations.6. Team LeadershipLead and mentor the Content and Influencer Marketing teams.Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven culture.Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for teammembers.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business,communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. • 5+ years in marketing, with solidexperience in brand management and/or global marketing roles. • Proven track record in developing andexecuting successful brand and product strategies. • Strong brand and business acumen witha results-oriented mindset. • Excellent analytical skills andability to interpret data into actionable insights. • Creative content planning andexecution capabilities. • Demonstrated team leadership andcross-functional collaboration experience.Strong sense of visual quality and brand alignment· Familiarity with Western social platforms(especially Instagram & Facebook) and digital content trends· Strong English writing skills — clear, creative, andaudience-sensitive· Basic Mandarin communication skills (for internalteam interaction only)
