This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations functions, supporting documentation processes for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate Derivatives transactions.The successful candidate will gain exposure to global financial markets, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help drive operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and manage legal confirmations for Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivatives transactions.Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations to support issue resolution and ensure timely completion of documentation.Support regional and global initiatives relating to documentation, process optimisation and operational excellence.Develop subject matter expertise in documentation processes to mitigate operational risk and improve efficiency.Build an understanding of front-to-back operational workflows across financial markets products.Identify, recommend and implement process improvements through automation, reporting and business intelligence tools.Collaborate with global teams to promote consistency, best practices and knowledge sharing.Ensure processes, controls and risk management standards are maintained and continuously enhanced.Deliver work accurately and within agreed service levels and timelines.RequirementsMandatory RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Prior experience in operations, documentation, settlements, middle office, or a related financial services environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Effective analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing responsibilities independently when required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of Foreign Exchange (FX), Interest Rate products and derivatives markets.Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting derivatives documentation.Experience with ISDA documentation and related legal confirmation processes.Demonstrated interest in financial markets and operations.Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.By sending us your personal data, you are deemed to consent to RMA Consultants Pte Ltd and its affiliates collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes set out in our Data Protection Policy at http://rmabpo.com/policy"This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions.e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
