Get to Know our Team: The System Intelligence team is recognized as a single point of contact for Agoda product features inquiries & system support. Apart from support duty, we are also quality advisors to IT scrum teams. Our main goal is to make development and support teams processes more efficient, be the source of knowledge for Agoda Systems, and improve product quality by pointing out problematic areas and suggesting improvements. We provide best-in-class support service to our stakeholders by having broad end-to-end product knowledge, building investigation tools, and automating processes. For quality advisory, we closely collaborate/work with scrum teams to define best practices to bring quality to the next level. The Opportunity: If you’re looking for an exciting career in online travel booking platform features/system support, we want you! You will be a team player involved in improving efficiency of issue investigation process and getting hands-on experience with the development of investigation tools. You will need to closely collaborate with SI engineers on the requirements of tools needed. We look for people willing to speak up and say together, we can do things better. This role is a 10-month contract based in Bangkok, Thailand and the succeeded candidate will be assigned to the project. In this role, you'll get to:
Perform exploratory testing to uncover issues and ensure product quality beyond scripted test cases. Involve in investigation to find potential hidden issues Create, review, and maintain accurate product documentations to support development, testing and support efforts. Build and update learning materials/media for onboarding new joiners, enabling them to quickly understand the basics of our products and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to identify and address potential issues. Contribute to a continuous improvement cycle, promoting effective testing practices across the team.
What you'll need to succeed:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably less than two years of experience. An interest in software testing and quality assurance on various platforms. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating product documentation and knowledge-sharing materials Interest in working collaboratively within an Agile environment. Confident in communicating with people of differing levels of seniority.

SQL Coding skills Experience or interest in Generative AI
