ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end hiring function for Druva India. This is a player-coach role — you will be hands-on across requisitions while leading and developing a team of recruiters. You will partner closely with senior business leaders across engineering and non-engineering functions to design and execute hiring strategies that support Druva's growth agenda. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition specialists — comprising engineering, non-engineering, and TA operations functions. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Act as a player-coach — managing your own portfolio of requisitions while guiding the team on best practices and process discipline.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from intake and job design through sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding handoff. Partner with Engineering and Business leaders to understand hiring priorities, forecast demand, and build proactive talent pipelines. Design and deploy scalable sourcing strategies across engineering, product, sales, and support functions. Champion employer branding initiatives including Glassdoor management, LinkedIn presence, and recognition-led social content.

Process, Data & Compliance

Ensure ATS hygiene and compliance with Druva's hiring SOPs and internal governance standards. Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows across the TA function — including AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement — to improve hiring velocity and recruiter productivity. Track and report on key TA metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates. Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring velocity and candidate experience. Manage vendor relationships — evaluate performance, optimise sourcing channels, and drive cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

Build trusted partnerships with senior business stakeholders across all functions, acting as a strategic TA advisor. Facilitate structured intake meetings to align on role profiles, timelines, and assessment criteria. Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience managing a team of recruiters in a corporate TA environment. Strong track record of hiring across engineering and non-engineering functions at volume and quality. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri), and assessment platforms. Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders. Strong data fluency — comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and presenting insights to leadership. Experience with employer branding, campus hiring, and vendor management. Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in HR or related discipline preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

Opportunity to lead a high-impact TA function at a globally recognised SaaS company. Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong emphasis on ownership and innovation. Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities. Hybrid working model based out of Druva's Pune office.
