Senior Solutions Architect

About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions for ReN3's customers.In this role, you will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, sales and engineering teams to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable, secure and practical AI-driven solutions. You will lead technical discovery, solution architecture and proof-of-concept engagements, demonstrating how ReN3's AI capabilities can be applied to enterprise use cases.You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through the adoption of enterprise AI technologies, from initial solution design to deployment and integration. This role requires a strong combination of enterprise architecture expertise, hands-on technical knowledge of modern AI technologies and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilitiesa. Platform & Automation ArchitectureDesign scalable and secure enterprise architectures to support ReN3.AI’s platform automation initiatives.Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and automation frameworks aligned with business objectives.Lead the selection, evaluation, and adoption of automation tools, platforms, and technologies.Drive the development of reusable architectural components, templates, and automation scripts.b. Deployment & Infrastructure EnablementOversee end-to-end deployment architecture for high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimise CI/CD frameworks, IaC practices, and cloud-native deployment models.Ensure adherence to best practices in infrastructure design, security, performance monitoring, and scalability.c. Enterprise Architecture GovernanceEstablish and maintain architecture governance processes, guidelines, and documentation.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and reference architectures.Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and risk management policies.d. GenAI Solution ArchitectureSupport the design and integration of GenAI capabilities into ReN3.AI’s platforms and customer solutions.Ensure technical feasibility and alignment of GenAI models, data pipelines, and AI-driven workflows with enterprise architecture.Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define the architectural roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.e. Forward Deployed Engineering & Client Project ManagementWork directly with clients to understand their workflows, identify technical requirements and translate business needs into deployable solutions. Configure, integrate and customise ReN3's AI-powered solutions within client environments, including developing prototypes, workflows and technical integrations.Lead the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing and production deployment. Manage project milestones, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution.Act as the technical bridge between clients and ReN3's engineering team, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues and iteratively refining deployed solutions. Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, optimise workflows and translate real-world client use cases into product enhancements.f. Cross-functional Collaboration & LeadershipIdentify opportunities to enhance automation, cloud efficiency, and architectural maturity.Stay current with industry trends, cloud technologies, automation tools, and GenAI advancements.Propose innovative solutions that improve the scalability, resilience, and performance of ReN3.AI’s platforms.What We're Looking ForMust-haveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.At least 7–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.Strong understanding of enterprise AI technologies, particularly LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, vector databases and document intelligence.Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications, enterprise software solutions or complex system integrations.Proficiency in designing API-based integrations, microservices architectures and distributed systems.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.Understanding of enterprise data architectures, databases, data pipelines and knowledge management systems.Experience designing secure and scalable enterprise solutions, including authentication, authorisation, data access controls and deployment architectures.Experience working with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead technical discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer engagements and collaborate effectively across sales, product and engineering teams.A strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to stay current with developments in the AI landscape.What You'll GetDirect ownership of infrastructure that matters — sovereign AI deployments for real enterprise/government clientsHigh autonomy, high trust, high variance work — every deployment environment is different.Close collaboration with ReN3's founding team on platform direction shaped by real field feedback
