Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to expand business operations and partnerships in China and the APAC region.Represent the company in high-level negotiations, joint ventures, and regional partnerships.Provide executive leadership across departments to ensure alignment with market expansion goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and investments, with a strong focus on China.Stay ahead of regulatory, political, and economic trends affecting operations in China and APAC.Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and corporate partners.Drive regional business development and represent the company at strategic industry events.Ensure adherence to corporate governance, financial protocols, and operational best practices.Advise the board on performance metrics, strategic direction, and market risk assessments.Job RequirementsMinimum 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in multinational or regionally focused businesses.Proven strong business network in China, with demonstrated ability to open doors and drive initiatives.Track record in market expansion, partnerships, and operations management in the APAC region.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written); capable of conducting high-level negotiations in a business context.Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and economic conditions in China and broader APAC.Holds at least a bachelor’s degreeExceptional analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
