As we continue to grow across platforms and categories, we’re looking for an Online Sales Specialist who’s great with people, responsive, and confident in turning conversations into conversions. If you enjoy fast-paced chats, problem-solving, and creating great customer experiences, this role might be for you. What You’ll Do: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and E-commerce platforms. Educate customers on product details and help them choose the right products. Drive sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and persuasive communication. Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, aiming for quick and satisfying resolutions. Maintain fast response times, clear explanations, and a friendly, respectful tone in every interaction.
