Product Manager – AI Cloud Platform

About the RoleOur client is a globally operating, Singapore-headquartered technology company with a strong footprint in high-performance computing and AI cloud infrastructure, managing a multi-gigawatt energy portfolio across multiple continents. They are seeking an experiencedProduct Managerto own the end-to-end product experience of their AI Cloud platform, spanning compute, storage, networking, and developer-facing services. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and AI, offering the opportunity to shape a platform used by AI developers and enterprise customers at scale. If you are passionate about building cloud products that are simple, consistent, and scalable, this role offers significant ownership and strategic influence in a fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap and ongoing evolution of the AI Cloud console, APIs, and overall platform experienceDesign and continuously optimise the end-to-end customer journey, covering onboarding, service activation, resource deployment, usage monitoring, and billingBuild and scale common platform capabilities including account and organisation management, access control, resource management, notifications, and platform operationsCollaborate closely with compute, storage, networking, and infrastructure product teams to deliver a unified and cohesive cloud experienceDrive self-service features and automation initiatives to reduce manual provisioning and streamline operational workflowsEngage directly with customers and developers to gather feedback and translate their needs into well-defined product requirements and solutionsPartner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Support to define priorities, maintain the roadmap, and ensure timely executionMonitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on usage data, customer insights, and business objectivesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of product management experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing platformsDemonstrated experience building cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer portals (is a bonus)Strong understanding of cloud architecture and the workflows of both developer and enterprise customer segmentsFamiliarity with large-scale public cloud, AI cloud, or cloud infrastructure environments (is a bonus)Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design through to launch and iterative improvementProfessional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment across technical and business teamsIf you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply.
