About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded Growth & Partnerships Executive to drive customer retention, strategic partnerships, affiliate growth, and brand collaborations.This is a broad, high-impact role that combines CRM and lifecycle marketing with partnership management. You will own initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, expand our ambassador network, and execute collaborations that grow the brand.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analysing customer data, writing high-converting marketing emails, managing creator relationships, and coordinating external partnerships and events.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Customer Lifecycle MarketingOwn the end-to-end management of Klaviyo, including automated customer journeys such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, replenishment reminders, win-back campaigns, VIP programmes, and customer retention initiatives.Develop and execute the monthly email marketing calendar, producing 4–6 segmented campaigns each month.Manage Shopify subscription retention initiatives, including churn reduction, reactivation campaigns, and subscription upgrades.Execute SMS and WhatsApp lifecycle campaigns where compliant with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).Monitor and report key CRM performance metrics, including repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), email-attributed revenue, and customer retention performance.Affiliate & Ambassador Programme ManagementRecruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, ambassadors, and micro-influencers to support ongoing brand growth.Coordinate product seeding campaigns, including product fulfilment, campaign briefs, content collection, and management of content usage rights.Administer affiliate tracking systems, commission structures, payout processes, and performance reporting.Develop and manage an ambassador programme focused on long-term creator partnerships.Work closely with the Content Producer to convert creator-generated content into marketing assets for paid and organic campaigns.Partnerships & Business Development SupportMaintain an organised partnership pipeline using a CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, next actions, and follow-ups.Prepare partnership materials including presentation decks, proposals, one-page summaries, and product sampling kits.Coordinate the execution of partnership campaigns from planning through delivery, including timelines, assets, invoicing, reporting, and post-campaign evaluation.Support clinic and healthcare practitioner partnerships by coordinating product samples, merchandising, staff education, replenishment, and commission reconciliation after relationships have been established by the Founder.Plan and execute the company's participation in consumer and trade events, including booth setup, staffing coordination, product sampling, lead capture, logistics, and post-event performance reporting.Manage follow-up activities for retail partners, pharmacies, and corporate gifting opportunities.Identify and coordinate co-marketing initiatives with complementary brands to expand audience reach and sales opportunities.Track and report partnership-generated revenue, return on investment, and acquisition performance across all partnership channels.RequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, partnership management, business development support, account management, or a related commercial role.Proven hands-on experience managing Klaviyo, including the creation and optimisation of automated customer flows and lifecycle campaigns.Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging marketing emails, partnership proposals, and customer communications.Experience working with influencers, content creators, affiliates, or brand ambassadors.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance, customer data, and event ROI.Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence representing the company in meetings, clinics, trade events, and partner engagements.Understanding of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and responsible handling of customer information.
