The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a leading global bank to look for a Business AnalystStarts off as a 12 months contractLocated in CBPThe JobAnalyze internal and external data to identify trends, assess performance, and support business strategyTranslate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support execution across product, marketing, and operationsBuild and maintain dashboards, business reports, and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and key initiativesDesign, develop and maintain reporting frameworks, defining reporting cadences and delivering executive-level reports to senior leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business planningEnsure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs by developing validation processes and partnering with data source/system ownersDevelop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholdersProvide ad hoc insights and data support for strategic and operational projectsThe Talent7-8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.Understanding of construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, corporate real estate and relevant industry best practices is a significant plus.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) for creating insightful dashboards and automated reportsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.Next StepsWe could contact you in the soonest time if you directly send your resume to: [email protected] Topic: Apply Business Analyst (RES)We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
