While these accommodations have always been available on Agoda.com, today’s evolving landscape demands a sharpened focus on expanding supply and elevating quality. Our team builds long-term, cross-cultural partnerships that create exceptional value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers.  The Opportunity: As an Account Executive your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. Along with your team, you take care of a mixed portfolio of newly onboarded and high growth supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale.  What You’ll Do:

Proactively contact and educate supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value

Train supply partners on our technologies, tools and systems

Communicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging and webinars

Encourage program participation through focused project sprints

Use data and dashboards to prioritize tasks

Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress via internal systems

Respond to partners requests in a timely and effective manner

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in business development or execution-based role

Mid-level negotiation and/or business development skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to connect and build strong rapport with partners, while also moving fast

Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and be open to change in responsibilities and workflows as needed by the business

Intellectual curiosity and desire to have an impact

Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets), being capable of working independently as well as working in a team

Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment

Language: English, Bahasa Indonesia; written and verbal

Able to support the Indonesia market and follow business hours & public holidays in Indonesia
