Project Manager – Responsible AI & Enterprise AI Platforms Requirements:15+ years of experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking or financial services industry.Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.Technical Skills:Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, Sharepoint.Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA Good data analysis skillsGenerative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, AI Assistants)Prompt Engineering and AI Use Case DesignData Analysis and Visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL)Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate, Workflow Solutions)AI Governance, Model Risk Management, and Responsible AI Principles
