Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Create content briefs and concepts for digital advertisements, organic social media, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages. Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, KOL teams, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-performing content. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify content trends and opportunities. Generate creative ideas and content angles for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance and recommend content improvements to increase CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, and ROAS. Work closely with Performance Marketing and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with both brand objectives and business goals. Review and provide feedback on creative assets before publication. Stay updated on social media trends, consumer behavior, and platform best practices. Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in Content Marketing, Creative Marketing, Performance Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience creating content for performance marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, consumer behavior, and content optimization. Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and major social media platforms. Able to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into content improvements. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience creating content briefs for designers, video editors, creators, and KOLs. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in FMCG, beauty, mom & baby, or e-commerce industries is a strong advantage. Familiarity with UGC, creator content, and short-form video trends is preferred.
