YOUR ROLEReporting to the Air and Ocean Business Process Excellence team, the Customer Data Manager defines the strategy, tools and processes that constitute the overall Business Intelligence offer for our customers. Positioned on business side, he/she is at a crossroads between business and IT to meet and anticipate Customers needs around data visibility. It must be aligned with GHO overall data strategy.The CEVA Logistics IT ecosystem being restructured, the redesign of the data model, it’s definition and harmonization will be the major pilar of a consistent reporting and dashboarding offer for our customers. It requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape and it’s data lineage.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Lead the business (BI and CBS) and IT teams around the project from conception, procurement and specifications to onboarding and documentation.Build the Customer Data strategy and governance with the key stakeholders (BD, IT, ONETMS, DDI, D&D, Process Excellence teams, …)Build a data offer with the BD, generating new value added servicesDefine the data sharing capabilities with MyCEVA and IT teamsBe involved in the various data domain initiatives (A&O, CSR, OneCockpit, G&R, Customs,…) to streamline collective effortsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?10 years in Business intelligence and Digitalization.Expertise in International and multimodal transportation, international business and Supply chainWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
