The Hasbro Global Supply Chain Team manages a spend of USD1.3 billion of which $0.8 billion is ex-factory cost across a portfolio of brands (Action Brands, Games, Play Doh, Fashion, Preschool and Sports Action) and Material Categories (Packaging, Resin, Tooling, and other key materials). The Global Supply Chain Team is accountable to plan, source, make and deliver Toys & Games to Hasbro quality standards, on Time & in Full and at competitive costs through a global supply network of contract manufacturers, material suppliers, test-labs, model-shops, and toolmakers. We are looking for a... We would like to bring in a Sr Specialist ODM Sourcing to support the ODM Sourcing team implements and executes the ODM sourcing strategy & establishes a world class ODM supplier network by identifying, onboarding, and developing manufacturing partners and curating a portfolio of ODM products. This role is highly field-oriented and execution-driven, requiring strong initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to spend time in factories and supplier environments. The job holder holds the supplier accountable for their performance and deliverables. The jobholder reports to the ODM Sourcing Director. What You’ll Do: Factory Scouting & Market Intelligence
Proactively identify and scout new factories across target regions (e.g. China, Southeast Asia)
Conduct on-the-ground visits to assess manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and infrastructure
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential suppliers aligned with the different categories’ needs
Gather competitive intelligence on supplier landscapes, cost structures, and industry trends
Supplier Assessment & Onboarding
Support due diligence on new suppliers (capability, compliance, financial health, risk profile)
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new ODM suppliers, coordinating cross-functional assessment, documentation, approval, and implementation activities.
Monitor onboarding progress, communicate milestones to stakeholders, and proactively address risks or issues that may affect delivery timelines.
Collect and validate data on materials, labor, tooling, and production processes
Execution Support
Follow up directly with suppliers on samples, quotations, and technical clarifications
Track progress on key sourcing projects and ensure timelines are met
Troubleshoot issues by working hands-on with suppliers and internal partners
What You’ll Bring: Core Requirements
Around 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering, ideally with international experience
Exposure to factory environments or supplier-facing roles is a strong plus
Strong willingness to travel frequently and spend time on factory floors
