Experience: 3–4 years Team: Revenue Operations (RevOps) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore WFO

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator (L2) to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to scale processes, eliminate technical debt, and unlock operational productivity. As our go-to expert for declarative development, you will solve complex business problems through clean configuration, robust automation, and strict data hygiene, while collaborating with developers and architects on advanced initiatives. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration and Security

Access Control: Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets/groups, public groups, queues, and sharing rules. Security Architecture: Maintain Org-Wide Defaults (OWD), record-level security, and field-level security (FLS). Core CRM Maintenance: Administer Sales/Service Cloud components including standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. UI Customization: Manage Lightning App Builder, Lightning record pages, and dynamic forms. Org Health: Monitor storage limits, login history, and security health checks.

Automation and Configuration

Advanced Flow Builder: Design, build, and optimize screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, and autolaunched flows. Legacy Migration: Lead the migration of legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to high-performing Flows. Business Logic: Configure approval processes, email alerts, custom notifications, assignment rules, complex formulas, and roll-up summaries.

Reporting, Analytics and Data Management

Operational Insights: Build and maintain high-impact reports, dashboards, custom report types, and list views for leadership and cross-functional Ops teams. Data Hygiene: Perform mass data operations (imports, updates, deletions) using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Workbench. Data Governance: Lead deduplication efforts, validation rules enforcement, and ongoing data quality audits.

Release Management and Stakeholder Support

Environment Strategy: Manage sandbox refreshes, staging environments, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deployment Execution: Deploy changes via Change Sets or modern deployment tooling. L2 Support: Triage and resolve tier-2 platform support tickets within defined SLAs. Enablement and Docs: Conduct end-user training, build SOPs in Confluence, and translate business requirements into technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within a mid-to-large scale instance. Core Cloud Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus). Flow Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Flow Builder, including deep debugging and optimization skills. Data and Security Tooling: Mastery of the Salesforce security model and hands-on experience with Data Loaderand bulk data operations. Analytics Capabilities: Strong reporting skills, including matrix/joined reports, custom report types, and bucket fields. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical configurations into clear business value.

Required Certifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Advanced Certifications and Technical Skills

Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud. Read-level proficiency with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); basic knowledge of SOQL/SOSL. Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier). Familiarity with modern DevOps/CI-CD deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX/CLI). Familiarity with AppExchange packages (e.g., DocuSign, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, DemandTools).

Domain and Methodology Experience

Ad Tech Industry Expertise: Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts (DSP/SSP, ad exchanges), IO-to-cash workflows, advertiser/publisher account structures, and digital advertising billing models. Agentforce / AI Innovation: Hands-on exposure or a strong technical interest in Salesforce Agentforce (Agent Builder, topics, actions, prompt templates) and AI-driven autonomous agents. Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
